Refunds 
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange due to health ad safety reason.

Exchange
Once your order ships out we are no longer responsible for it. you are responsible for providing your correct address. 

If your order get delivered to the wrong address you provided, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. 

If your packaged is return back to us due to wrong address, and you want package resent, you will be responsible for the shipping fees again. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If an product is damage during delivery, please send us an email @ chicoutureboutique@gmail.com in order for us to send you a replacement. 

You are required to include: Your name, order number, photo of damage package & product. ( if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product). We are only able to offer a replacement NOT a refund!
